1. ERD Commander 2003

When your server or workstation won't boot, you need ERD Commander 2003. ERD Commander 2003 boots dead systems directly from CD into a Windows-like repair environment. You'll have full access to the dead system's volumes, so you can diagnose and repair problems using tools located on the ERD Commander 2003 Start menu. 2. Disk Commander

In virtually any situation where you need to recover lost data from a Windows system, Disk Commander is the solution. Operating within the ERD Commander 2003 environment, Disk Commander salvages data from damaged, deleted, or corrupted volumes, and even from reformatted disks. Disk Commander performs an exhaustive scan of the volume to locate lost volumes. All available data in the lost volume is then presented in an explorer-like view of files and directories so that you can copy it to a working volume elsewhere. Disk Commander also includes powerful tools for restoring volumes and for replacing the MBR.

3. NTFSDOS Professional

If you need to access NTFS drives from MS-DOS, NTFSDOS Professional 5.0 is the solution. NTFSDOS Professional allows you to create a boot diskette with which to boot NT systems. The diskette contains an MS-DOS environment where you can easily mount NTFS drives with drive letters and run DOS programs to read, write, repair or otherwise modify the drives just as you would on FAT drives. NTFSDOS Professional is a powerful tool to repair corrupt files or configuration problems that prevent Windows NT, 2000, XP, and Server 2003 systems from booting.

4. Remote Recover

To repair unbootable systems via a network, choose Remote Recover 2.1. Remote Recover lets you use your network to access the disk drives on remote machines exactly as if they were installed on your own system. You can boot a client PC via diskette or PXE-downloaded image, then access its drives remotely from your host Windows NT, 2000, XP, or Server 2003 system. Remote Recover does not require that an operating system be installed on the client machine in order to operate, so it can be used for performing installations on new machines in addition to repairing or restoring dead systems.

5. Monitoring Tools

Diagnose problems associated with file system and registry activity of any system on your network remotely with Monitoring Tools. Monitoring Tools consists of two modules, Filemon Enterprise Edition and Regmon Enterprise Edition. Each provides continuous, real-time data on the file system (Filemon) or Registry (Regmon) activity occurring on a particular system. For remote diagnosis and trouble-shooting, there's no more useful tool than Monitoring Tools.

6. TCPView Pro

TCPView Professional Edition is an essential tool for network and application diagnosis and troubleshooting. TCPView Professional Edition displays all active TCP and UDP endpoints on your system, indicating which process is associated with each local and remote IP address and relaying continuous, detailed real-time data on your system's TCP/IP activity.
